ApnaBiz Representative AGREES: (Read Carefully)
1. He/She is of legal age (Not less then 18 years)
2. He/She has joined ApnaBiz after proper attending and understanding the Success Opportunity Presentation
3. He/She SHALL NOT promote or sell other company’s programs, products or company functions within the premises of ApnaBiz offices or use the ApnaBiz forms or printed material or its name, prestige anywhere else
4. He/She SHALL NOT sponsor or attempt ApnaBiz representative into any other Network Marketing Company
5. He/She shall present ApnaBiz Success Opportunity Presentation (SOP) in its entirety without omission, distortion or misrepresentation
6. He/She understands that Company does not permit changing of sponsors. Network Marketing is a business of creating relationships. Once a Business Representative is sponsored, the Company believes in maximum protection of that relationship
7. He/She will not register any case in any court against the bylaws established by ApnaBiz
8. He/She understands that ApnaBiz reserves the right to amend, revise, alter or modify the prices of products by the time, policies and the Compensation Plan. He/She agrees to be bound by these changes
9. He/She understands that ApnaBiz assumes no liability for personal injury arising from use or mishandling of any of the ApnaBiz Product(s)
10. ApnaBiz reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately upon receipt of sufficient information that Business Representative has violated any term or condition of this agreement or has otherwise acted illegally or unethically
11. He/She understands that ApnaBiz Product(s) once purchased are neither RETURNABLE nor CHANGEABLE, moreover amount paid for product(s) is also NON- REFUNDABLE
12. ApnaBiz will deduct 5% Admin Charges from the bonuses of Business Representatives
